Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation
Liaise between Marketing and Sales to develop business tactics and strategies
Lead the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7 years or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant analytic experience
Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and customer segmentation
Experience in digital analytics and campaign performance analysis
Proficiency in R/Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong statistical background with extensive modeling experience (for Sr. AD role)
