Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for data integration, operational reporting, and data mining
• Leverage data platforms and visualization tools to build insights and support data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate team and improve departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
