Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support the Go-to-Market Finance organization, the full-time Business Analytics Manager will drive data-informed strategy, build scalable analytics solutions, and enhance AI-enabled workflows that improve planning, forecasting, and reporting in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own analytics and AI-enabled workflow workstreams from problem framing to solution design and measurable business impact
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows through data and automation
• Design and build scalable data products and dashboards that enable automated, flexible, and action-oriented Finance analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• 5-7+ years of experience in analytical fields such as consulting, strategic finance, or business intelligence
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate findings into clear business impact
