Business Analytics Practice Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analytics Practice Lead to build and lead a consulting practice focused on leveraging analytics for business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch a business analytics consulting practice aligned to customer needs
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions using Power BI and Omni
• Establish analytics governance standards and manage security and access controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience
• Experience building or managing semantic layers (Omni, LookML, dbt metrics, or similar)
• Strong skills in DAX, SQL, and data modeling
