Business Analytics Practice Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analytics Practice Lead who will build and lead a high-impact analytics consulting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch a business analytics consulting practice aligned with mid-market ERP clients
• Lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions across various platforms while ensuring alignment between business definitions and reporting outputs
• Design scalable data models and collaborate with data engineering teams on architecture and pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong expertise in DAX, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Proven ability to lead teams or mentor others in a consulting or client-facing environment
