Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business & Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document data definitions and quality requirements
• Interpret data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or healthcare-focused programs
• Master's degree or advanced qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred)
• Experience with task automation tools and proficiency with Tableau and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
