Business and Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Business and Data Analyst will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, design financial and operational reports, and consult with stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other technology tools for stakeholder self-service
• Design metrics and reports on financial and operational performance, interpreting data to identify trends and suggest improvements
• Consult with stakeholders to document data definitions, business rules, and maintain high standards of data quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or healthcare-focused programs
• Proficiency in Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with AI tools for analysis and workflow efficiency
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
