Business and Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing professional business support, the full-time remote Business and Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial health and performance of major programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of cost proposals and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability
• Independently monitor project budgets and conduct detailed profitability analyses
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports to support management decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in financial principles and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in cost proposal development and financial forecasting tools
• Ability to lead small teams and manage lower-complexity project activities
