Business and IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic organization, the remote contract Business and IT Project Manager will lead project meetings, monitor action items, and drive the delivery of technology and business initiatives over a 5-9 week engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project meetings to track progress and resolve issues
• Monitor project action items, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with stakeholders
• Utilize Jira tools to develop dashboards, generate reports, and manage dependencies

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in risk identification, management, and mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable across different functions
• Expertise in tracking releases from planning to deployment in Jira
• Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
• Strong communication skills with stakeholder management and escalation experience
