Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and configure business applications
• Manages simple projects, troubleshooting system issues, and conducting routine system audits
• Facilitates training sessions and creates system documentation and user guides

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business or Applications Analyst role
• Demonstrates knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata (preferred)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (preferred)
