Business Application Analyst

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support for enterprise asset management systems, the full-time Business Application Analyst will troubleshoot issues, perform SQL-based data analysis, and drive system improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business users to troubleshoot and ensure effective utilization of asset management applications
• Triage and resolve system and data issues through SQL analysis, validating data, and identifying root causes
• Collaborate with field operations and stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements and improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in an Application Analyst, Support Analyst, or similar role
• Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries for analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Asset Management or ERP systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
