Business Application Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the development and maintenance of application systems, the full-time Business Application Systems Analyst will support existing information systems, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between system vendors and internal departments in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining application systems while following control processes for change requests and enhancements
• Support existing information systems through problem management and troubleshooting activities
• Investigate system needs and present recommendations to intermediate analysts and management

Required qualifications

• One year of professional experience in a customer-facing or business environment
• Basic understanding of industry requirements related to application systems
• Competence in initial phases of application systems analysis and programming activities
• Ability to communicate business implications of technology applications
• Associate degree is preferred but not required
