Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst 3, Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Workday configuration in areas such as Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Management
• Oversee Workday process enhancements and special projects while applying project management and analytical capabilities
• Collaborate with HR experts on system design, issue resolution, and ensure successful implementation of new functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3+ years of recent experience with Workday
• Hands-on configuration experience with Workday
• Basic Project Management skills
• Demonstrated understanding of HR functions and processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
