Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support for over 20 Desktop Applications used in the Business Processing Outsourcing organization
Maintain communication between the BPO and remote clients, as well as between BPO Data Centers & Network Services and all clients
Conduct application version upgrade testing, implementation, and assist with project-related tasks for internal and remote clients

Required Qualifications

Master's degree with 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience, or high school degree with 5 years of related experience
