Business Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Business Applications Analyst will design, build, and maintain scheduling templates in Epic Cadence while serving as a liaison with the Information Services Department to enhance patient access and support operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize scheduling components in collaboration with Epic Core teams and Operations
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards for scheduling templates and guidelines
• Provide end-user support and resolve incidents related to scheduling and template build

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or related field
• Three years of progressively responsible experience with information systems (or equivalent experience based on education level)
• Experience with Patient Scheduling, Electronic Health Records, and Billing systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• No licensure or certification required
