Business Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of business applications, the full-time Business Applications Analyst will work remotely to manage application configurations, support implementations, and ensure operational needs are met while collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors for assigned business applications
• Configure, administer, and maintain business applications, including workflow design and user access management
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Application Management and Vendor Management
• Strong Project or Program Support experience required
• Ability to analyze and review organizational metrics and data preferred
