Business Applications Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Applications & Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 1-3 year roadmap for the business application stack, identifying application needs and integration gaps
• Design, build, and maintain application architecture and data models to ensure scalability and security
• Act as a strategic partner to executives, translating business goals into technical solutions and system requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems/Applications or Solutions Consulting, preferably in a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to thrive in a standalone role with independence and accountability for critical infrastructure
• Deep expertise with Salesforce, including Admin certification; Developer/Consultant certification is a plus
• Experience integrating and managing at least one major adjacent system (e.g., ERP, CPQ, or Marketing Automation)
• Proven experience designing and maintaining integrations using an Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) tool
