Business Applications Lead
Job Summary
Owning the internal business applications stack, the full-time remote Business Applications Lead will manage CRM, ERP, HRIS, and ticketing platforms, ensuring their availability, configuration, and continuous improvement while driving automation and AI adoption across Delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and evolve the core business applications portfolio, ensuring stability and alignment with operational needs
- Lead integrations between applications and manage vendor relationships, including configuration and release management
- Drive user adoption through training and support, promoting consistent and well-governed operations across the application landscape
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with business applications, including SaaS administration and configuration of CRM, ERP, HRIS, or ticketing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in SaaS administration and configuration across multiple enterprise applications
- Practical experience with integrations, SSO, data synchronization, and process orchestration
- Experience in vendor management, including release management and service-level oversight
