Business Applications Platform Expert

Job Summary

To optimize and manage the Strata decision-support and financial planning platform, the full-time Business Applications Platform Expert will ensure system configurations, upgrades, and integrations are effectively tested and aligned with organizational strategies while collaborating with finance leaders and operational stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee platform administration, optimization, and testing processes to ensure robust performance and accurate reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and support complex organizational projects as a technical expert
• Maintain current knowledge of platform capabilities and industry trends, providing input for roadmap development and application rationalization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare applications/IT with hands-on build and configuration experience in core systems
• Proven ability to manage and support enterprise software platforms, particularly in healthcare finance environments
• Demonstrated expertise in system testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced staff without formal management responsibilities
