Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements while optimizing business processes
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on business needs and project design
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and training materials to support development and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Application Development
• Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy; familiarity with industry-specific systems is a plus
• Preferred certifications include CBAP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-ACP or similar Agile certification
