Business Architect

Job Summary

Business Architect, responsible for engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop capabilities for Value Stream roadmaps in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to document company strategy and make recommendations for transition plans
• Collaborate with architects to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps and support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process
• Contribute to the growth of Business Architecture practices and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline
• Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and deconstructing complex concepts
• Five years of preferred experience in strategic and technical roles within large organizational projects
• In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader enterprise
• Certification in Business Architecture is preferred
