Business Architect

Job Summary

To support a newly formed Business Architect team, the full-time remote Business Architect III will define and maintain customer and internal user experiences while collaborating with IT architects and product managers to design optimal processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the end-to-end experience by creating a holistic future-state vision for customer and internal user experiences
• Design and optimize business processes and workflows to ensure a seamless, integrated experience
• Facilitate collaboration and informed decision-making across teams, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, customer experience design, or enterprise process improvement
• Proven expertise in journey mapping, process modeling, and customer experience design
• Experience working within agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
• Strong ability to influence and guide decisions across distributed stakeholder groups
• In-depth understanding of enterprise domains such as data, applications, and technology
