Business Architect

Job Summary

To support the Marketing and Finance Technology team, the full-time Business Architect will facilitate alignment on solution scope and business requirements, apply business architectural thinking to complex problems, and build cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive delivery practices, working primarily onsite in Broomfield, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment on solution scope, business requirements, and success metrics by understanding evolving business needs
• Conduct gap analyses and outline phased delivery options that balance business value and operational impacts
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, enabling informed decision-making for stakeholders and leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agile custom software delivery in a Business Analyst or Business Architect role, including 3+ years at a senior level
• Proven ability to learn new business processes and systems, with strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and prototyping tools
• Experience with digital systems, marketing technology, or e-commerce platforms is preferred
