Business Architect

Job Summary

To provide strategic leadership for the Integrated Specialty business, the remote contract Business Architect will support the maturation of the business architecture practice, partner with stakeholders to translate needs into conceptual models, and develop architecture frameworks while operating in an evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the maturation of the business architecture practice
• Partner with business owners to translate needs into conceptual models and architecture frameworks
• Engage with senior leadership to align business strategies with operational plans

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Medical Pharmacy operations
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology solutions and data domains
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MIS with relevant experience in business analysis or architecture
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting PBM operations
• Experience with Prior Authorization, claims processing, and provider data
