Business Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Value Stream Business Architect will engage with business and technical stakeholders to align business needs with Value Stream capabilities, while deconstructing complex concepts into actionable roadmaps and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to document company strategy and conduct current state assessments for Value Streams
• Collaborate with architects to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps and support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process
• Contribute to the growth of Business Architecture practices and tools across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related field
• Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and performing business architecture for established Value Streams
• Five years of preferred experience in strategic and technical roles within large organizational projects
• In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise
• Certification in Business Architecture preferred
