Business Architect
Job Summary
Leading the functional design and modernization of retirement administration platforms, the hybrid Omni Business Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to drive migration initiatives and deliver scalable solutions for U.S. retirement clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business and functional architecture activities for FIS OmniPlus and related solutions
- Drive Legacy RK to OmniPlus migration initiatives, including requirements analysis and data conversion
- Design and optimize workflows and integrations to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Business Architect, Functional Architect, or Business Analyst in retirement or financial services
- Strong functional knowledge of FIS OmniPlus and related Omni products
- Proven experience with Legacy RK to OmniPlus migration programs
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, conversion, and validation into OmniPlus
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders
