Business Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Architect to lead business design activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with business and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business design activities with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate and advise business and technology leadership on new capabilities and areas of improvement
• Develop business cases, impact assessments, and financial analysis in partnership with business area leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of work experience beyond degree
• Demonstrated business architecture experience and understanding of payer/health plan operations
• Experience strategizing and communicating with C-suite roles
• Experience with standard management processes, controls, and tools
