Business Architect for Reinsurance

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of innovative Duck Creek-based solutions in the reinsurance domain, the full-time Business Architect for Reinsurance will manage large program implementations, drive solution development, and collaborate with clients to optimize reinsurance capabilities remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern large Duck Creek programs focused on reinsurance, ensuring functional and architectural integrity
• Design and deploy reinsurance solutions, translating client requirements into Duck Creek product and integration designs
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and expand practice offerings aligned with client needs

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in system implementation and delivery leadership, preferably in consulting or product engineering
• 5+ years of reinsurance domain knowledge, particularly with Duck Creek Reinsurance
• Prior executive stakeholder management experience in onsite engagements in the US and exposure to global markets
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Strong delivery governance experience using Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps practices
