Define optimized workflows, identify key business capability requirements, and provide training

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions
BA/BS in a related field
Experience designing end-to-end processes for order management and installed base management
Extensive knowledge of business applications like Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Subscription Cloud, and SAP ERP
Understanding of Project management principles and concepts
