Business Architect - Reinsurance

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of innovative Duck Creek-based solutions in the reinsurance domain, the full-time Business Architect - Reinsurance will manage large program implementations, drive solution development, and collaborate with clients to ensure effective delivery and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern large Duck Creek programs focused on reinsurance, ensuring functional and architectural integrity
• Design and deploy reinsurance solutions, translating client requirements into Duck Creek product and integration designs
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and position the organization as a strategic partner

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in system implementation and delivery leadership, preferably in SI/Consulting/Product Engineering environments
• 5+ years of reinsurance domain knowledge, specifically with Duck Creek Reinsurance
• Prior executive stakeholder management experience, ideally in global engagements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Strong governance experience using Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevSecOps practices
