Business Architect - Reinsurance
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of innovative Duck Creek-based solutions, the full-time Business Architect - Reinsurance will manage large program implementations, oversee solutioning processes, and act as a client-facing resource in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Implement large Duck Creek programs with significant reinsurance scope, ensuring functional and architectural integrity
- Own the end-to-end reinsurance solutioning process, translating client requirements into technical designs and proposals
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and position the organization as a strategic partner
Required qualifications
- Experience in system implementation and delivery leadership in SI/Consulting/Product Engineering environments
- Reinsurance domain knowledge with familiarity in Duck Creek Reinsurance platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong delivery governance using Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and test automation practices
- Excellent communication and client advisory skills
