Job Summary
To support client acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Business Associate, Client Engagement will drive lead qualification, conduct strategic outreach to prospective clients, and collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Research accounts to identify key players and generate interest in services
- Develop new business prospects through various channels, including inbound leads and independent research
- Document client communications and manage prospecting campaigns using Salesforce
Required qualifications
- B.Sc. or higher degree in Marketing or related field; relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in business-to-business sales within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating motivation and professionalism
- Strong persuasive communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is essential for communication with clients and colleagues across Canada and the U.S
