Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Automation Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate requests for claims automation and ensure accuracy of claims data
• Execute automation requests and monitor for errors, making necessary corrections
• Support internal and external customers with claims inquiries and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of claims-related experience, including claim processing or medical billing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced knowledge of Macro Express is preferred
• No employment-based visa sponsorship available for this position
