Business Automation Analyst

Job Summary

To support automation initiatives, the full-time Business Automation Analyst will analyze and execute bulk claims automation requests, validate eligibility, and provide day-to-day support for internal and external customers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute bulk claims automation requests and validate automation eligibility and results
• Perform claims review, investigation, adjustment, and resolution for discrepancies and appeals
• Support automation maintenance activities and assist in documenting workflows and process steps

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of claims-related experience in processing, payment support, or operations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Exposure to SQL (beginner level) preferred or willingness to learn
• Technical aptitude and experience with automation tools (e.g., Macro Express) preferred
