Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end credit management process, the full-time Business Banking Associate will facilitate credit originations, ensure client satisfaction, and assist in business development while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates credit originations, approvals, documentation, and compliance monitoring
• Proactively ensures client satisfaction and timely follow-up on loan monitoring activities
• Supports sales efforts by developing new business and expanding the client base

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business loan servicing and support
• University degree preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the SBA lending process
• Prior experience working with sales teams
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
