Job Summary
Responsible for defining and executing the communications strategy for Business Banking products, the full-time Business Banking Communications Manager will manage customer communications across various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the communication strategy and roadmap for Business Banking products across multiple customer channels
- Lead the end-to-end execution of customer communications, including coordination and implementation
