Business Banking Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Banking Loan Processor responsible for managing post-approval documentation and pre-closing processes for complex financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, assemble, validate, and submit documentation to satisfy pre-closing conditions for approved transactions
• Review files for completeness, compliance, and adherence to applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders; resolve questions and provide timely communication

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience (Required)
• 5 or more years of loan processing experience
• 3 or more years of experience with residential mortgage banking and/or administrative work in a commercial lending environment (Preferred)
• Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) (Required)
• Familiarity with banking and commercial loan systems: LaserPro, Silverlake, Baker Hill, or similar (Preferred)
