Job Summary

Focusing on business development and client retention, the full-time Business Banking Relationship Manager will cultivate and grow a portfolio of business clients while collaborating with bank partners to enhance client experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute targeted growth strategies to achieve KPIs in new business relationships, deposit growth, and loan production
  • Develop and maintain a network of business contacts and referral sources to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members and banking centers to deliver exceptional client experiences and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Banking Relationship Management and 5+ years in banking
  • Understanding of treasury management products and the ability to identify client needs
  • Experience in business/commercial credit and financial analysis techniques
  • Proven track record in business development and commercial loan origination
  • High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
