Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams
• Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
• Facilitate the opening of new accounts and manage cross-sell of related products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five+ years of experience in business, retail banking, or a related industry
• Experience in customer service and business loan processing is a plus
• Working knowledge of document preparation banking software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
