Business Banking Specialist III

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support to Business Banking clients, the full-time remote Business Banking Specialist III will manage client onboarding, sales, service, and ongoing relationship management while collaborating with Business Banking Relationship Managers and Team Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams and partner groups
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Mentor and train new and existing Relationship Specialists to ensure consistent execution of customer service procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Seven or more years of experience in business or retail banking
• Experience in customer service and business loans
• Working knowledge of document preparation banking software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
