Business Banking Specialist III

Job Summary

Providing direct support to Business Banking clients, the full-time remote Business Banking Specialist III will manage customer relationships, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure effective service execution while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams and partner groups
• Research, troubleshoot, and solve customer issues while ensuring compliance with bank policies
• Facilitate new account openings and manage cross-sell implementations of related products

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Seven or more years of experience in business, retail banking, or a related field
• Experience in customer service and business loan processes
• Working knowledge of banking software such as CSI
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
