Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor-Business Billing & Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing concerns through various communication channels while adhering to security guidelines
• Submit and process orders for business customers, including disconnect and tax exemption requests
• Act as the main contact for e-Rate & Rural Health Care Funding inquiries and assist with funding credits

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2+ years of professional work experience, military service, or prior military honorable discharge
• 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
• Must comply with attendance guidelines to meet business needs
