Business Billing Support Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor-Business Billing & Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing concerns through various communication channels while adhering to security guidelines
• Submit and process orders for business customers, including changes and tax exemption paperwork
• Act as the main contact for e-Rate and Rural Health Care Funding inquiries and assist with funding requests

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience, military service, or honorable discharge
• 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and customer information systems
• Advanced sales and/or customer service skills preferred
