Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Capability Team Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defines and documents business requirements and coordinates User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conducts competitive analysis and presents findings to stakeholders
• Assesses organizational impact and coordinates communication and training for business readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Typically 7 or more years of experience in delivering initiatives and conducting customer research
• Experience in an agile environment with product-centric principles
• Deep knowledge of the insurance industry
• Strong business process design skills
