Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Capability Team Owner (Sales Data Mart).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to execute the strategic vision and manage the product backlog
• Serve as a liaison to ensure business perspectives are captured by developers and agile teams
• Participate in user acceptance testing and resolve complex issues across multiple business areas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7 or more years of experience in product management or business consulting
• Expert knowledge of insurance practices and agile methodologies
• Strong project and process management skills
• Ability to manage a budget and prioritize effectively
