Job Summary

To support business innovation in the insurance sector, the full-time remote Business Capability Consultant will lead business configuration validation, perform data validation and troubleshooting, and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business configuration validation for AWD changes, ensuring alignment with operational needs
• Conduct competitive analysis and assess organizational impacts for change management planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7 or more years of experience in delivering initiatives and conducting customer research
• Knowledge of insurance industry operations and agile planning practices
• Experience with business process management and workflow automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize quantitative and qualitative information
