Business Capability Product Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Capability Product Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product and Service owner for key enterprise user platforms, including PEGA and Chat Platform
• Develop the strategic business capability roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Conduct assessments, propose enhancements, and present business cases for funding to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in an operational or analytical role
• Minimum of one (1) year of NCompass or PEGA Customer Service experience
• PEGA Product Suite experience preferred
• Strong business acumen on Call Center and Correspondence processes
