Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to business enterprise customers, the full-time remote Business Care Specialist will manage inquiries regarding invoices, installations, and account updates through phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer calls and respond to inquiries from business customers in a professional manner
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and provide post-installation care by entering service changes into the Single View software platform
  • Respond to web chat inquiries and navigate back office processing tools to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with one to two years of related experience or training
  • Customer service experience, particularly over the phone, with data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Single View is preferred
