A company is looking for a Business Coach (Remote) to mentor small business owners through a comprehensive coaching program.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor business owners/CEOs through the EMyth Coaching Program
• Utilize the EMyth Approach and system design solutions to facilitate business transformation
• Foster genuine connections with clients and support their personal and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• A BA or BS degree, preferably in business, marketing, or organizational development
• Basic proficiency in technology and apps
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
• Experience coaching or facilitating small groups (preferred but not required)
• A commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
