Business Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the compliance point of contact for new alternate payment model initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Coordinate across departments to implement compliance mechanisms for health system contractual commitments
• Assist in compliance monitoring activities and support the Business Risk Oversight Compliance Sub-Committee

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on compliance program management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and fraud, waste, and abuse laws
• Demonstrated capability to make risk and business-based decisions in areas lacking explicit regulatory guidance
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with diverse teams
